A diet rich in organic fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, proteins, and whole grains, is something we all need, but it's even more important when you're starting to prepare your body for a tiny human. Whether you are actively practicing making babies, thinking about getting pregnant, or want to be in optimal health as a woman, these fabulous superfoods are great to include in your diet to boost fertility and balance estrogen and progesterone hormones. 

Oranges
Cut oranges are a tasty sweet snack, and freshly squeezed orange juice is like a vacation in a glass. They also provide vitamin C and folate. 

Blueberries
Like oranges, colorful fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranates are full of antioxidants and high in vitamin C, folate, and fiber. Antioxidants help to reduce damage to reproductive cells and are beneficial to both women and men!


Avocado
Extra Guac, on toast, in a smoothie, any way you slice it! It is the right kind of fat and a natural folate source.
